I didn’t miss Donna much in The Return (season 3) but I definitely missed Harry. We never got that reunion between Cooper and Truman.

So, TBH, I never really cared much for Truman... I guess he just wasn't as interesting to me or as instantly lovable as some other characters... that is, until I learned of his absence in S3. It all changed for me then. How could you have Twin Peaks without Sheriff Harry S. Truman?! That is the real sadness of S3 that I still feel. I love Frank, I love S3, and the actors that have passed are very much missed, but the lack of Harry is one of the hardest pills for me to swallow.

Hang on a bit. Why do you see Harry as guilty of taking part in Maddies murder ? He thought Leland was innocent (so he’s not a genius) These people were his friends it’s hard to see your friends as violent criminals. So yes he was a cop but he was trusting and sweet and thought the best of people. Also it was Coops idea to storm one eyed jacks not Harry’s. Just a few points I needed to put out there.

I didnt like the return series, lacked the charm of the original and it wasnt the same without Harry and his lovely head of hair.
