Just curious why does it sound like the car is cutting out/struggling. Or is it the way its supposed sound on your setup

I’m assuming you’re talking about the end of the run, which would be me hitting the rev limiter.

I think you're talking about the flutter at lower RPM, that's the wastegate

The only thing I can figure you're talking about would be the rev limiter, unless you're hearing wastegate actuation? I'm really confused what you mean.
