One of the best things about Boyz II Men is that they REALLY sound like this. No auto tune...I saw them in concert in the 90's and they put on one hell of a show! I'll never forget their "50 Candles"performance. Candles rose from under the entire stage & walkways that stretched into the audience. Class act!!

Pay attention to the bass singing. It’s the guy with the cane. He’s singing backup, so it’s kind of quiet. Thing is, he’s singing so low it’s easy to think he’s an instrument, like a bass guitar. A voice that deep is what music people call “basso profundo “ which is Italian for “really damn low.”

Babyface wrote this song for the Boomerang soundtrack and wanted to keep it for himself, but Darryl Simmons said it didn't sound right. They ended up flying to Philly. When they arrive, Nate says, "Wanya can't sing". Wanya was hoarse from practicing from a world tour. He said he could only sing far away. He sang with a towel around his throat and at the end when he is saying help me out, his throat was really in pain. One of the best groups.
