Really nice theory, although I do want to point out that while it is an interesting detail, I don’t think we can use Ruined Chica with part of her beak and Shattered Chica without as solid evidence. Roxy’s whole endo changed in Ruin and let’s be honest Glamrock Freddy and Prototype Freddy are probably the same, including Prototype on Freddy’s foot was simply a last minute detail Steel Wool put in in between Ruin’s trailer and its release. Otherwise, I enjoyed the theory.

I think the prototype label hints to how and why Freddy glitched? Maybe Gregory hacked Freddy so that he could reboot in safe mode, that way, at least one animatronic is his ally. Plus, Freddy being a prototype does give off the cheap vibe that Fazbear Ent. has been known for, and gives a new idea that Freddy is just sentient, and not possessed by Michael?

I love this theroy. only one plot hole though. Chica says Gregory's name long before Vanessa catches him. I think Vanny, Vanessa's other half, already knew Gregory's name and told the animatronics when she activated the virus. And due to Chica's caring nature. She was the only of the three to use his name while searching.

That is a good point that I totally missed: Chica twitches like Freddy did when he slammed into safe mode at the beginning. Perhaps as she got hit by the Vanny virus, Chica tried to shut down too and instead she became trapped in this horrible state of semi awareness.

Glamrock Chica really deserves the World honestly, She deserves to be saved in the future and get a redemption arc, She didn’t deserve any of this, It’s heavily hinted that Glamrock Chica is very sweet, kind and motherly, She’s just as much of a sweetheart as Glamrock Freddy, She was Freddy’s closest friend after Bonnie, She really deserves to be the guardian in the next part after SOTM taking place after Ruin, Since Roxy is definitely more damaged now after her fight with Mimic, I can hear her telling Chica “Please bring Cassie back to safety.” All the Glamrocks deserve better, I really hope they all get the good ending they deserve.

I always feel like one of the biggest missed opportunities was not getting to see the animatronics talk and interact with each other at the start of the game. We see them onstage and then briefly in their green rooms, but we never get to see how they were truly meant to be before the virus got them. I can't help think that if all of them had been friendly at the start, meeting Gregory and seeing him off safely, then as soon as the doors shut and lock him inside, then they go dangerous, it would have felt more impactful. Knowing how they should have been compared to how they were for the rest of the game might have made it feel more meaningful having to damage them. Actually getting to see them be friends to each other, rather than just being told it after the fact. The classic 'show, don't tell.'

someone has found Monty's legs and at one point a bunch of Roxy's eyes so it appears there was at one point a plan to fix all the animatronics and a unfinished carnival level was found so its likely the unused ending likely hinting to the future game secrets of the mimic

@@FnH1114 To give you a short summary for not understanding is this: When we goto the parts and service room after reattaching Freddy's head, we see the blueprints of all the bots' upgrades. Roxy's New Eyes' purpose were suppose to help her with races in her track but somehow able to see through walls. Monty's New Claws' purpose are suppose to help play with the Bass Guitar due to the strings being tougher to play but were strong enough to break through hard surfaces too. Chica's New Voicebox's purpose was to replace her original voicebox to give more song performances like alters the tone to match that specific singer's voice. Unfortunately that voicebox was defective cause it causes a screech sound to stun other bots. Speaking of that, if that wasn't the case, she probs would've had the mimic's ability to mimic voices but it never happened. Ever since Fazbear Entertainment were just as lazy and don't bother to remove it and put her original voicebox back without the upgrade. Ever since, Freddy has her upgraded voicebox which as said its defective cause its trying to sound like Freddy but its static. As for how Cassie got Chica's Voicebox is probably the Original Voicebox without the Upgrade at all. Meaning it only has her voice and no screech abilities. After explaining all this, do you understand now?

To be fair, god knows what the original intentions were with security breach, which parts were from dropped plot points or side quests that never got removed, I'm pretty sure the game went through overhaul after overhaul, so it's hard to tell what relates to the current version and what is just leftover from Version 1, 2, 3, etc.

Scott also said that he gave them a lot of pieces to drop in the game for like, theorists to build from but they tried to connect the pieces into a story themselves and it muddled the vision a bit. The books and Ruin are working on clearing up some of the things that seem out of place or don't line up.

This is what i think of how these animatronics are hostile in ruin: •Monty was mad cuz of his anger issues and probably the temporary possession of mxes when wearing the mask for too long •For Roxy, we notice how she still can kill in u in ruin dlc(when playing as Cassie) cuz she was blind and was still after Gregory *NOT* because of the mxes virus but because of the damage he has caused her(knowing that she is insecure of her looks), and once she actually hears Cassie’s voice, she starts acting a lot softer because of the history Cassie and Roxy had together. Although she isn’t controlled by mxes completely, she is possessed at a certain extent(like when Cassie is in the Vanny mask for too long). This explains why she is so nice by the end of RUIN to Cassie. • When u discussed about Chica, you were right on all aspects. Yet you forgot to mention that Chica can still be temporarily controlled by mxes if u stay in the mask for too long. All of this control from mxes it made by Vannessa(in her normal form) and Gregory Thank you😅

I love this theory so much 💕 I think that chica was the first one to get the virus meaning she got the first version; which isn’t always the best. When u make different versions the first one doesn’t always work. I think that chica had the first version, Roxy had the second version, and then Monty had the last and final version. This would help also help the theory because her fighting the virus would show that the first version of the virus wasn’t the most secure. Roxy obviously fought off the virus; and Monty just got the best version of the virus so it would be hardest for him to escape it. This also would explain why chica knows the guest list still even with the virus and can make out which guest Gregory is. I hope that made sense; it’s midnight so idk what I’m writing lol it’s just words coming out lol 😅

I’ve noticed the endo in the parts and service has a twitching animation that matches Chica’s twitching when she doesn’t move. Another thing to point out, is that we see what looks like cartridge slots in the backs of the Glamrocks. That could be nothing, but it’s just something I’ve noticed, and would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on it? 🤔

I said this once before and I'm gonna say it again: Chica was fighting off the hacking and corruption the best she could. The virus took the Glamrocks' otherwise lovable personality quirks and dialed them up to extreme levels. That's why Chica is seen eating out of the garbage. Great theory, made me think, but we know the burntrap ending isn't the cannon... all things in ruin lead to Princess Quest being the cannon ending, meaning Vanessa was freed from Vanny, so she wouldn't have the time to decommission Chica...I'd assume she took all that damage from when the Pizzaplex collapsed and got trapped under some debris and managed to get out just about

The biggest thing no one has ever noticed is that in Gregory's unused voicelines, he says, "The Sinkhole under the raceway." And there is a sinkhole in RUIN under the raceway! 😂 So, in a draft of the game, we might’ve gotten more info on the sinkhole!

From the start I guessed the Glamrock animatronics weren’t fully doing thi so by choice. But if they were we could certainly say Roxy and Monty might have been as their personalities fit with them going after Gregory. Roxy starts being competitive and being the best do it’s likely a game for her, but her obsession with her looks and that being ruined in her shattered form makes good motivation, revenge for what he did to her. Monty’s just an angry dude, nuff said. But Chica despite her barely having any character, made me love her and feel for her. What we saw of her showed potentially her being super kind and caring, her having the cutest and friendliest look of the 3, her cute voice, and her concern for Freddy on stage. Plus the creepy use of friendly sounding voice lines twisted in a perverse way, her bad food habit, and her twitching and subtle crying and twitching eyes especially and robotic zombie like movements vs Roxy and Monty’s more organic fluid movement. All hit a chord in my heart wanting to help this poor sweet thing. She was clearly being forced to do it, which while I questioned trashing the Glamrocks, Chica’s was easily the saddest.

I don’t think that in Ruin Chica deactivated because of the state she was in, because if that was the case she would have deactivated a long time ago. I think she intentionally deactivated herself so that she wouldn’t harm any child ever again. It was super random and odd that she was walking around fine one moment, and then gone the next. The only reason she would deactivate that makes sense to me? Because she attacks Cassie thinking that she’s Gregory, she sees that it’s not Gregory and stops herself, she realizes she’s still attempting to attack Gregory and almost killed another kid in the process, therefore she goes someplace to deactivate. Even after Cassie gives her back her voice box, she deactivates herself again. She knows that if she stays activated, she’ll forever try to attack a child thinking they’re Gregory. So she’d rather be deactivated if it means never having to hurt a child ever again. She sacrificed her own life knowing it was the only way to stop the virus in her. A virus needs a host after all, and if the host isn’t alive then it’s pointless.

I felt that Glamrock Chia's eating disorder was a programming bug, her cartoonish personality being over done in a similar vein to Roxy. Roxy is supposed to be the cool one and be the best, which has led her to being vane and overly competitive. Chica is meant to help sell food (see Mazercise and the Cupcake Bakery) and has obsessed over it to the point where she has an eating disorder.

I don't think any of the animatronics in Breach were evil... well maybe Monty but he could have just been a destructive personality (I think he was originally built to be a drummer, hence why they needed to give him different hands to play the bass and why he likes to hit things). In Ruin the only reason Roxy was hunting Cassie was the entity inside the Vanni systems hiding as Helpi was playing Gregory's voice over the speakers, she was mad that he stole her eyes and wanted them back, we can see this when she hears Cassie's voice for the first time and immediately apologized. If Roxy and Monty are powered by Remnant (The metal fused with children's souls) they are probably new victims while Chica is probably still powered and inhabited by the original Chica (that is why she Freddy and Bonnie are so close) Freddy inhabited by Mike when Glamrock Freddy was helping clear out the FNAF 6 location under the pizzaplex (He says that it was where he found himself) and it was Mike who tried time and time again to save her and the other children (It is possible that the child inhabited by the original Freddy and foxy where the only ones to be set free completely, hence why Mike became Freddy and Foxy all but disappeared and was replaced by Roxanne) and Bonnie who was destroyed by Monty and hidden away in Bonnie Bowl. As you said in Breach Roxy, Chica and Monty all hunted Gregory because they were programed (corrupted by the Vanni system) doing what they were told to do and the actions taken by Gregory by tearing Monty in half and smashing a cart into Roxy and stealing her eyes made them not just programed to find him but mad that he in a way mutilated them.

Chica was never being malicious when she was searching for Gregory, she was following protocol for finding a lost kid and seeing there's possibly a higher emotional level in her like with Freddy and Roxy really makes you think even more if these are just advanced programming to "mimic" the OG animatronics and how they "moved as if alive"(if anyone saw them act with the spirits of all the killed kids in them). Or if the spirits still aren't done with this franchise and animatronics they've attached to for decades. Monty and Roxanne might be new but we have a kid in an alligator mask in Happiest Day and Roxy is basically Foxy just with a slight species and gender change. And maybe when the spirit in Glamrock Bonnie was freed they went to Monty. Or all the spirits went to that tentacle goo wirey thing. Who knows anymore. Great theory thanks for reading my ramble.

10:14 well as for why Gregory didn't decommission her in ruin, but she looks like that is because of a earthquake, then the pizzaplex was left abandoned so she started to eat trash like usual and that's how she got that mold on her. So she was left abandoned with the others in ruin because you can see it in the beginning cutscene on one of the papers, it was a earthquake

I think Chica’s state in Ruin not matching the ending of SB can be explained the same way that Roxy’s changes are; whatever repair and upgrade mechanizations that were implied in Help Wanted 2. They might have given her a downgraded beak and voice box (which got misplaced or removed, idk). I think that’s further evidenced by what ruined Chica looked like in HW2- a midpoint between SB and Ruin. I do wholeheartedly agree that she was struggling with her innate personality versus the virus, though, and as a result Glitchtrap was turning the screws harder on her than the other two. I think this idea might even be extrapolated even further, to maybe explaining why Bonnie was murdered. Maybe Glitchtrap/Vanny knew that he was even MORE goodnatured and thus harder to control, so he had to be neutralized?
