So add 10 seconds to each exercise a week, until 40 seconds, then add a day each week until you’re at 3-4 times a week? Also, this a more strength building program, rather than rehabilitation? I’ve been using my iron neck for a year doing phases 1-3 of the of training, and I’m at a 35 pound band, so start these combat sports phases with a 25 pound like I did when I first started training? By the way, love mine, absolute game changer, thank you!

It would be nice if there was a written program or guide somewhere with sets and reps and progressions for the different sport and functional applications of the iron neck. Can you do a break down on all their videos lol.

@@carlosesquivel8752 they do for the foundational movements at least. Whenever they don’t provide an exact “ideal” number of reps I just cross reference exercises that are similar to the reps in the F6 exercises. Then just progress or regress depending on how it feels.

@@TheIronNeck Does phase 1 assume 0 friction? And when we can get to 40 seconds and doing this 3-4 times per week, is that the time to start increasing the friction or jump to the 35 pound band?
