I didn't want to listen to these at first, but when i did, it was a weight lifted, too hear myself described by another, and so accurately.

Thank you so much for this insightful look into the mental health of a type 2. As a 2 myself, I really appreciated this and found it very resonant. God bless you and your ministry.

Most of these are very relevant to me as a 2. I think my mum is also a 2, and we're both in mental health professions! We've always said we collect 'client friends'- the needy project people that drain us. And in relationships, I've always attracted the 'lost souls' with crippling self-esteem issues that I can see positive potential in.

If I spend 2-3 days alone doing self care, doesn't have to be over the top, it just has to be no people then I'm generally happy again. It's good to find another 2 or Fe (Feels for others) (Myers Briggs). I'm a big hearted 2 and the struggle is real. Plus, if you have faith God or your Angels see you and support YOU that helps.❤

There are a lot of social media questions that prompt past events. We have to avoid commenting to bring up those past feelings. I'm a 2 and I took the freedom class at church during covid on zoom. I wrote a declaration from the scriptures in that class. Part of it was I want to forgive as I am forgiven. I want to love as I am loved. I want to rest in his peace and share his peace with those around me. That reminds me how I am expected to be. When I say it out loud it reminds me. Great thoughts in this video. Thank you for sharing!

I want to thank you for all the great video's you've put out there. I want to be on my healing path as an Enneagram type 2 😊. It gives me a warm feeling to know that self care and self love is oke and possible to an Enneagram 2, for me and others like me that are Enneagram 2s.

Thank you so much for your kind words! It's wonderful to hear that my videos resonate with you and support your healing journey as an Enneagram type 2. Remember, self-care is essential, and you deserve it!

@twlahue Thank you so much for your reaction. It's peaceful to know that it's oke. What would your best tips be for an Enneagram 2 to relax into self care? (It's okay if that's best left as a video themed reaction.)

What do you do if you take the step to tell your partner what you need but they take it as criticism and pressure then do the opposite?? I feel so lost thank you in advance.

Is your partner the type 2? I am, and my wife sent me the first video of this. At first I didn't want to, but after listening, it was a relief to hear him talk about the very things that I do. The very personality traits that I have. I would suggest looking for the right time, which for me, was a low time. My wife has known me for 30 years, and she knows what to expect.

What types tend to fear upsetting people they care about the most? I look "imposing, silent and strong" but I have a huge fear of scaring and upsetting those I deeply care about. I'm extremely protective of those I care about too.

You're not alone in feeling this way. It shows how much you care about those close to you.
