2:55 ok I gonna try. So Walden promises to fulfil one wish of Alan's for helping adopt that boy. Alan picks Ferrari which upsets Lindsay who wants to move out with Alan. Alan then looks with Lindsay for a new living place while Alan switches his gift for engagement ring for Lindsay, I think Walden then gets lonely and has a vision of being alone in future so he breaks down and asks Alan to stay. Then the end of episode is Alan proposing to Lindsay and her saying yes while Walden proposes to his gf who says too soon which he agrees with.

TV-show titles can be really tricky. If they are too abstract, audiences won't know what the show is about, but if they're too specific, the show runs the risk of going off the rails the longer it goes on to justify its renewal. Although this is a problem from the past, since we don't get shows of this length any more.

The only shows that go longer than three or four seasons these days are on broadcast TV, and typically well established by this point. Apart from the ratings successes they have, if you are a brand name, then the network is going to want to keep you around whether you want to continue or not. There are shows on streaming as well, but as I understand it, streaming is particularly cutthroat, and people say you are on the chopping block if mass audiences don’t want to binge your show instantly, so few shows get into longer season counts, and I’ve heard people say that their episode counts are far lower too in part because some ideas that were envisioned as mid budget movies are converted into highly streaming series.

Haven’t seen a ton of How I Met Your Mother, but from what I have seen, that show was very serialized as far as network sitcoms went at the time, and I’m sure a bad ending hurts worse there if so. Was a pretty funny show from what I’ve seen of it, and it’s unfortunate that the ending wasn’t that good. As for Two and a Half Men, it’s not a satisfying end to the show, but it did make me laugh quite a bit (especially compared to most episodes in the last two seasons). In particular all the fourth wall jokes.

I actually never minded the 2 part finale. I get the hate behind the situation but the finale was one of the few episodes where I didnt mind Ashton Kutcher's performance. That and the episode where Walden gets called a douche multiple times.

Yeah honestly its generally agreed even if we will never get 100% confirmation the two-parter was not really meant to be a canon ending. It was just meta and tonally different from the rest of the show to really serve as a true finale. Its more just a tounge-in-cheek sendoff to the show.

The one thing I liked on the last season is Maggie Lawson as Ms. McMartin (whatever her name is). It would have been nice to cross her character in the earlier seasons with Charlie and Rose. Agree Allan and Lindsey were the best couple, I still think they could have gotten more out of the Sam and Kate storyline. It was a pretty rotten way how they got rid of her character. I believe at that time, the storyline was starting to incorporate Rose.

In the finality a Guy vaguely looking like Charlie got a Piano on his Head and....uhm... well.... other Stuff happened.... I guess. Ok, I have no Idea but tbf the only thing I remember from the Kutcher run is when Ashtons Girlfriend got High on Jakes Weed (Weeeeo Weeeeo Weeeo Weeeeo). They get scared and it's shown that rose kept him in a well in her house...then, he escapes and gets k!led by a giant piano....stupid. I loved the show. It wasn't great, but it had it's moments. And I even liked the Walden episodes. I just wanted a satisfying ending and got a middle finger

In the series finale Allen get a letter from Charlie who is supposed to be dead threatening his life along with Walden’s life so they go to the police and talk to a detective who happens to be played by Arnold Schwarzenegger and they tell him all about what is happening and they end up arresting Christian slater cause Charlie has him wear the same style shirt he wears and the police think they got Charlie then rose appears to tel Allen and Walden she actually faked his death and the ashes we made to believe are Charlies are actually of a goat that pushed out of the way of a subway train that rose pushed him in front of and she has been keeping him in a buffalo bob style pit in her basement see through a looney tunes inspired animation sequence and every main cast member from the 12 years gets a check in the mail from Charlie and the episode ends after Jake showing up to make a few bad jokes then dropping a piano on Charlie and chuck lore

Two men cut in half is not by far the only show post Seinfeld to reference to it. But y'know.....comparing Seinfeld to any after it....... . It would be like Larry never quit that job as a car salesman in a Curb episode.

I have instead focused on shows which are actually... funny. The worst episodes of "Cheers", "Home Improvement", "The Office", or "Roseanne" are FAR better than the "best" episode of "Two and a Half Men". Chuck Lorre is obsessed with sex jokes, bathroom puns, and teenaged humor... which I grew out of a couple decades ago, I guess. With "TaaHM", he finally got to be the show runner, so naturally that's what it was going to be.

Two and a Half Men with Ashton Kutcher was actually a pretty good show IF!!! You look at is as a completely different show that isn't a continuation of the original series....at most a show that takes place in the same universe as the original show. It's a different show... You could of called Ashton first season....Season 1...of a new show. If you look at it that way its a silly watchable show that does have laughs here and there. It isnt too bad. But if you view it as part of.the same series...The left over of the Charlie Sheen show...Its absolute dogshit...cringe shit that never should of been made.
