When you first drove the Vinfast in Vegas, you were dissatisfied that the car for whatever reason didn't seem to be performing according to the specifications on paper, and now that's the right strategy.

There's a few ways to see it ... five Macan electric variants is Porsche playing the old pricing ladder sales trick, and could potentially confuse the consumer. And/or ... five Macan electric variants affords consumers more choice in terms or power, range and price, so they can better select a sweet spot for them. Given I would personally sacrifice some power for more range, for range and comfort are my two top priorities, the five options suits me. I can chose max range for the "cheaper" price. 5.7 seconds to 60 mph is decent for me. For those who want more power they can slide up the scale.
