I've been doing close grip presses where bar is at collar bone level and arms are flared out (which I saw you do on a video) and my triceps have blown up. Thanks Mike 👍

Mike is no joke hes real deal. His rear delt exercise really helped me hit it hard. Id love to see a huge book or video or a big training program with his workouts and greg doucettes receipes. It be top knotch.

Did the cross cable tricep kickback. That's what it should be called brother!! It was a insanely killer pump. Squeezing it out and finding that sweet spot is totally a great isolated movement. Definitely will add this one on my tool box of goodies. Thanks brother for your dedication to building Best version of ourselves. At 57 still learning and growing! With 42 consistent years of exercise. Never a dull moment. Longevity for Life💪

On the second exercise I adjust the level of the bar from the very bottom, to the very top, with no rest in between. I call it the hell ladder, try it, and you'll see why

I love the body weight extensions. Its my favorite finisher. Grab some 5 or 10lbs plates, and do so kickbacks in between.

On the cables, Mike needs the closer stance because of his height changing the angles of the movement. If Alexi and Mona stood on a 8" box, they could do it like Mike.

Mike tells Alexi we only have 55 minutes, so Alexi uses compound movements to compress time with no rush. smart tactic!

the first exercise can also be use as a great lateral head exercise, especially If you have trouble feeling them on a rope.. just use no attachments and only grab the cable. You'll feel some rear delt too but It's interesting because personally when I do rear delt flyes I also feel the lateral head of my triceps engaging :P

Mike you were moving your elbows forward and back, he had his elbows stationary/ locked so he hit his triceps, and you were incorporating more of your back and rear delts. If Robbie Robbinson was there he would of pointed it out.

Yeah lower the weight a bit and warm up. If that doesn't work, try and different grip or movement.

Take break from tris until psin stops. Then always Do bis first always or another muscle, then lighter hi rep sets st the beginning tris respond well to hi reps w no pain. Always keep rep around 10 or more. Try cables instead of weights big difference w equal size gains

Why use a Smith machine to do a bodyweight exercise. A bar in a rack would of been the same no? It's people using machines like this and jams them up when others want to use them. Is why I don't like public gyms

That’s a goofy exercise. Give me inside reverse grip bench, ez bar skull crushers, behind the head dumbbell press, dips, tricep diamond push ups and kick backs.
