I didn't know that was something you could learn! Instructed perfectly. I have a partner that loves these and insists on 'jumping' on the slows. Says she could do that ALL night.

Hi. There are certainly little tactics that could help (spotting etc), but ultimately…. Its like lifting weights. There is no single tip that will teach you how to benchpress 400 lbs. You gotta put in the reps :-)
