AMANDA... if the boulevard landscaping is installed, it might be really hard to get the houses in and out of the lots on the beach... What about making some large moveable planters out of panels, so that they could be lifted/shoved out of the way if there is wiggle room needed to get houses pulled in and out on the beach..

Amanda, I gotta say I truly enjoy your little forays into the doings at ITH. I actually love to hear you talk and you explain things so clearly and best of all, your humor and fun make me laugh. Not enough humor and fun it seems these days and you throw it back in there beautifully. Love seeing the homes being set in place and, since I've had a couple of mobile homes set up over the years, it should be an additional charge. Machinery, men to work, tools and skill, all cost money and all are needed. Geez, I just cannot say enough how much I cannot wait to finally get there! God bless you and everyone fortunate enough to have made it there.

As I understand it, ITH has 32 acres. I think the lots are 60' x 60'. But given terrain they probably aren't able to use all 32 acres but they certainly have a pretty good idea how many houses they can place. Seems like I remember them saying 160 total but I'm not sure. So my question is, "How many of the 160 (if that's the number) are already taken?

@@thenewlife7588 As a very long time viewer, I believe the original property that they bought over time from the city of Newport is 34 acres that long ago was a former Firestone Tire Factory which used to be on top of the very large concrete area. Within that total acreage, Randy designated 3 suitable, seperate community area's of the Forest, Beach & Prairie. The "Mountain" down and across the highway was a seperate privately owned quarter section of land(160 acres) that they bought over time from the owner when they were presented with that opprotunity. The first large suitable part of the mountain for tiny homes(60+?) is now being slowly developed and finished at an increased infrastructure cost due to the terrain.
