So happy to find a practice with no vinyasa's! This was gentle and yet very stretchy for the legs and the spine 😇 Thank you Fiona , I see that this is a 5 year old video, the time when I had not even started practicing Yoga 🙂 So grateful that I found you and now my Yoga isnt complete without your flows 😍 Lots of Love and Gratitude and abundance to you 🥰🙏

An oldie but a goodie, love the deep stretch after a workout, also appreciate the music included in this one. Your videos are the gift that keeps on giving. Today I’m in a warm place in Southern California, hope your day on the other side of the world is lovely 😊

Thank you once again for your generosity in providing these consistently excellent classes. Today I was struck by the amount of these classes. That after over two years of practicing with you I am still able to try new ones. Thank you. My hips felt today's class in a lovely way. I'm feeling very open. Not sure what's going on in my body but I'm wobblier this past month than at any point in my time practicing yoga. Not a complaint just a curiosity. Have a lovely day.
