That after over two years of practicing with you I am still able to try new ones. Thank you. My hips felt today's class in a lovely way. I'm feeling very open. Not sure what's going on in my body but I'm wobblier this past month than at any point in my time practicing yoga. Not a complaint just a curiosity. Have a lovely day.
