Hi Fiona! I just wanted to let you know that I think the practices that you lead are SO magnificent. It can be challenging to find online practices that you can "vibe" with if you will, and with yours, I truly feel connected and it feels like I'm right there with you! You are a phenomenal instructor and I can't thank you enough for the dedication to your channel and practice, so others can be part of your classes. I was a member of Modo Yoga for years and the way you teach is so so similar to those classes, just like what I am used to. Oh Fiona what a Quality practice you share with us all 😇 I’ve never done such unique poses - dynamic bridge was just wow and challenging for the hips, the unique hip rotation variation was the first ever I’ve done and so was the warrior 3 with hands behind the knee! As I was flowing through this I had my heart filled with so much of gratitude, abundance & prayers for you ☺️🙏 You are truly blessed and chosen, may you continue to thrive and tons of Love and Gratitude 🙏🥰 Hugs 🤗

Mission accomplished: Definitely feeling more grounded, open in my hips, and free of the gazillion thoughts that were swimming in my brain this morning. The heat building series followed by a long savasana was wonderful. Thank you, as always, Fiona.

Brilliant, meditative practice! It is a slow-paced session, the unconventional sequences will heighten your awareness. This class provides a chance to identify which muscle groups should relax while others engage. If you can master this approach, this flow will feel as weightless as a flamingo in flight. I’m so glad you loved it. I’m embarrassed to say you’d find my anatomy very rudimentary given your background. To be honest, it’s basic but well researched for each class and I mostly go by feel. This class in particular, I wanted to include mobility, strength and lengthening for all sides of the hips. Drills that could be expanded. New movement to familiar movement. Happy hips but also quite grounding as it encourages focus. Two birds (pardon the pun) with one stone ✅

I think I have started this class ten times. Perhaps the build up increased my appreciation levels but I found that class incredible. I loved the movements and transitions. The bent leg lunge into warrior 2 allowed me to get incredibly deep into my warrior. You know I love all the classes and sometimes I need a shorter class because of life but I love a full class like this. The chapters don't affect how I practice I like a straight run through with my babies being the only interruption. My littlest one just jumped on me conveniently at the end of shavasana shouting wake up daddy. Long winded way of saying thank you for your generosity to all of us home practitioners and I hope that you feel and are nourished by the gratitude we feel towards you.

Wow, Fiona! A truly exceptional practice. Loved the unusual Warrior Three pose, with hands behind standing leg. Knee and wrist much improved (thanks for asking). Knee needs to be!As we head off to walk the Camino Frances in 4 weeks, so fingers crossed... Hope your Easter was grand. Really like the new vista from your studio, too. Oh my!! Yes, pray for good knees! I’ve heard the Pyrenees section is quite a challenge! Are you walking the full distance? You’ll need some stretchy yoga! What a journey to embark upon. I am on vacation and therefore had time for the 60 minute class which I thoroughly enjoyed. Your creativity makes your classes so enjoyable, especially after practicing yoga for almost 20 years when most of the poses are so familiar. Which is great on one hand, but different movements also make it more interesting. In any case - THANK YOU for this fantastic flow. 🤗

Hi Fiona, I've been practicing with Two Birds everyday now for several years and want to say thank you. Your classes and teachings have changed my life, especially so, when you introduce mantras (ie Soham). Your flows are so well guided, I often catch myself practicing with my eyes closed. Hi Mike, thanks so much for your kind message and practicing with me so often. Really lovely to read. The mat I use is a manduka. It’s 20 years old. It has a lifetime guarantee would you believe? It’s rather heavy but it’s the best. Doesn’t scuff. Super grippy. A quality mat. They also offer more light weight ones as well as travel versions. I’ve tried many. This is my fav. 😊🙏
