I spent my childhood smuggled into🎉 the bluegrass festivals at silver, manatee, blue springs. Swimming in the ice cold weather and dancing through midnight. I've fallen in love with your voice, your words, your pain....big hugs. You're amazing Tyler Childers.

Perfectly said. That's exactly what happened. This kid is amazing all around. It amazes me how he can even remember all, every single word to soooooo many dern songs. The new singers basically repeat most of the words to their songs. Tyler tells a story..so freakin amazing to watch him perform.

bmcpsd31 I agree. Sort of out of nowhere a number of incredible artists and bands playing American roots music have sprouted up. Tyler C of course but also The Steel Woods, Marcus King, Whiskey Myers, Cody Jinks, Sturgill Simpson, Jamey Johnson, John Moreland, Chris Stapleton, The Cadillac Three, Blackberry Smoke etc. It's like an underground musical revolution in response to the Clear Channel formula puke music that's been churned out since '96 or so.

I’m glad he’s getting the attention that he absolutely deserves, but he should be #1 he’s the best song writer and pure country singer song writer we’ve ever had the pleasure to witness. Him, Sturgill and Zack Bryan are the absolute best country artist doing it right now, and all you hear is Morgan wallen and Luke combs to Lainey Wilson I’m not saying these are bad artist I like a lot of their music but they don’t hold a candle to any of the first three I mentioned.

Tell her Oneida I know that I'm younger than most but I'm willing if you got the time to buy us some wine I'll bring my guitar I've been working on learning that song youve been dying to sing bout weddings and rings I'll strum in the back and come in where I can harmonize on a line or two this song's all you

While the doctors and nurses cut my clothes off of me and did whatever the hell they were doing there was a nurse who would put the video back to the beginning of grohl singing each time it ended. Never got to thank her for doing that for me but this song got me through the long hospital days

I had an Oneida once...wasn't too scandalous, 18 and 26, but that verse about letting her lead and laughing at her jokes and not understanding all her movie references...yeah, there were nights like that that I still treasure, many years later. Hope she does too.

im from Oneida TN, and I'm honestly not much of a fan of country music (or at least most modern country). however, Tyler Childers' music always reminds me of home and how country music used to feel to me when i was younger. i know the song is about a woman called Oneida, but it's just so heartwarming to see my hometown's name in a song ❤️

I just can't believe it sometimes. Hadn't heard this one before, and the first few bars, while familiar and comfortable, tell me right away that this is another tune from Tyler Childers that I'm going to love forever and play way too much over the next few days. Damn, he is just so good. Heartfelt and sweet lyrics, but , truth be told, I'd just listen to his picking.

Tyler is an all around BEYOND INCREDIBLE musician. I'm from California but my fam is from the south and I was always drawn to that old skool country sound. Tyler is keeping that real country and bluegrass soul alive with PASSION. Mr. Childers, God bless. I'm taking a LONG road trip down from visiting fam in Maryland through VA, WV, TN, and KY and I'll have you on my radio friend
