I’ve never known a band where I actually like every song without skipping because I don’t like a certain one, every song they make is so different than the other, and I get to be alive during the twenty one pilots era.

It’s interesting that a mere chord progression made you feel so much. I’ll agree it’s a good song, and the acoustic version was well done, but I thought his raw vocals took main stage here.

I truly dont think that Tyler knows how much of an impact he has. This is mine and my sisters song and the fact that we got to hear this live together was more than I could ask for. it's so raw, brings us to tears everytime. Tears of happiness... Stay alive, please. It's truly worth it. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Tyler and Josh and my family giving me the strength and the confidence. 💛 |-/
@qwerty221985 жыл бұрын
See, I think the opposite is true. I think Tyler (and Josh) know EXACTLY the kind of impact they have. I think that is why he is so open about the thoughts he has and about how much we, the clique, mean to him. He knows how easily songs resonate with people and uses that to not only help himself, but help others too.

@arikfreeman62615 жыл бұрын
Ammm not really, it's years of training... Your voice is like a muscle, if you work out - it improves and gets stronger.. Tyler's voice improved dramatically over the years, which only means he does a lot of vocal training.. I wish artists would get more recognition for the hard work they do and not for the "talent"...

During my 20s I found TOP, and I resonated so well with their songs and the message. When my daughter got older I showed her their BLURRYFACE album in hopes she'd enjoy it. As I expected she did...she fell inlove. Fast forward 6 years her favorite song is MY BLOOD and we are going to their September concert here in Houston. She'd 10 and this will be here very first concert and it's WITH ME. I'm overwhelmed with emotions. I showed her this version of the song and she cried. She has so much sympathy and empathy for a 10 year old its crazy. Music is a blessing.

Struggling with mental health has been rough, and this song as well as Jumpuit and Smithereens has helped a lot. but what sticks out to me about My Blood, is (for me anyways) it helps me tell myself that i can get through whatever it is at that time, that im not alone, and need to stay strong. And recently, telling me not to run from what is bothering me> Another perk is this album came out on my 13th birthday, and thats the year my life went to hell, so glad they helped me through it

I was just watching him sing migraine in the live room in 2013 then I clicked on this and I nearly cried because Tyler has grown tremendously and it is so eye opening and just a little sad to see that he is growing up and isn't the little Tyler that we used to know. It is hard to explain but it is kind of sad and happy to me.

he truly is one of the most talented people of our time. his vocal & breath control is ridiculous and it seems as if he knows the piano keys like the back of his hand, as he was able to perform these beautiful acoustic versions effortlessly. he never plays one note nor says one lyric that he does not put his full heart and soul into. just absolutely stunning.
