10:00 while you'd normally be correct Dylan, it wouldn't have been in this case because Cam was using Final Fortune, if he Milled out everyone and passed turn, then he, Nate, and Tyler would've all lost (to Final Fortune, Deckout, and Deckout repsectively) making you the winner.

People usually miss this actually because the deck does have an answer either way, but yeah. The Spellseeker chain to Brainfreeze mill is not a "win" because it is usually coupled with Final Fortune. You do need to leave like 7 > cards in your deck and also cast a Wheel of Fortune at the end of it as well. But...the answer is there, but often never executed or mentioned prior to people scooping lol

I mean, semantically, yeah Dylan isn't 100% correct with what he said, but it's a nonissue. Any wheel effect closes the game there, if he has Angel's Grace, he can just say no to the Final Fortune trigger, and if he's got targeted card draw, he could do that. Frankly, it doesn't matter. Underworld Breach basically just let's you do whatever win you want.

Small, but at 8:40 the ephemerate does not get exiled because rebound only happens when cast from hand. Might come into play with number of cards in the graveyard.

Dont the cards binned with Tyler's DRC go to exile with a croak counter? That would mean that pact of negation is in exile with a croak counter and Tyler could pact of negation the ephemerate right?

Only if cast from the hand. When they get cast for the rebound they go to grave. They did technically mess up when they exile the ephemerate from that cast since it was cast in grave there is no rebound

He was comparing Jeska Ishais (Jeskai) use of Spellseeker to have effectively the same use for Spellseeker in Inalla (Grixis). Spellseeker is a 1 card win in Inalla and in the Jeskai Color combination. Quite the powerful card.

You can also make the case that he is a proactive deck and should get rid of it before the other 2 decks in turnorder play their wheels

You have to weigh dockside against Wheel of Fortune effects discarding them, rhystic study making them draw your opponents cards, this Sisay list running Lavinia and Archon of Emeria, if there was a stax deck at the table then Trinisphere/Thalia/etc making them no longer mana positive, other rule of law effects...
