Ube Cheese Pandesal with Ube Halaya
Ingredients:
Bread flour 444g ( 3 cups)
All purpose flour 395g (2 1/4 cup)
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt 10g (3 tspn)
Instant yeast 11g (3 tspn)
Lard or shortening 105g ( 1/3 cup + 2 Tblspn)
Milk 246g (1 1 /2 cup )
Water 94g ( 1/3 cup)
Powdered milk 29g (1/4 cup)
Butter 24g ( 3 Tblspn )
Ube extract 47g (4 Tblspn)
Eden cheese 430g
Graham cracker crumbs 1 cup for coating the Pandesal
