ENSAYMADAS
1 cup water
½ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
½ cup + 2 tablespoons (145grams) salted butter
6 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
5 ¼ cups bread flour
¼ teaspoon iodized salt
Buttercream:
1 cup butter, at room temperature
¼ cup cream cheese
½ cup premium powdered sugar

This is super fluffy, just melting in the mouth no need to chew ensaymada, my husband brought a dozen of this goodness from Chef RV's cafe when he returned here in Down Under on Tuesday. super sarap. This is a to-die-for ensaymada.😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤤

Chef RV nagbake po ako nito kahapon tapos ginawa ko 45grams at naibenta ko ng 25pesos per pc.nkakaiyak kasi naubos po lahat 31pcs na yield ko sold lahat.thank you so much chef and di ko maipost ang Ensaymada ko Dito e pero proud po ako na nakapagbake ako ulit dahil po sayo.additional income sa like me as online seller po.

I just did this! It turned out perfect! Even i messed up my dough cuz it was still wet after 15mins of kneading. I just added more flour than required, and followed the rest of the instruction! Overall, the texture is soft and fluffy. Highly recommendable recipe.

Tried and tested ko na po ang recipe nyo, chef RV at ginawa kong business sa mga friends ko dito sa abroad. Ngayong mag pasko, ang daming orders sakin ng enseymada ako na yung sumusuko sa dami ng nag oorder dahil nasarapan sila. I would usually take it sa mga parties tapos napasa pasa na ng mga tao na ako yung gumawa hanggang sa pa order kahit di ko naman tinitinda 😭

I tried this recipe last night and it was AMAZING! I live in the US and it’s so hard to get fresh Filipino baked goods (or they’re not that good). I rarely ever post comments online but just had to tell you THANK YOU for this recipe. I was inspired to try it after I tried your brazo recipe for Christmas and it was a hit. I’ve tried a couple of other ensaymada recipes too but they weren’t as good as this one. Love your videos; so inspiring! Hope to visit your restaurant next time I visit the Philippines. Please keep posting (pan de coco and kalihim recipes would be much appreciated)! Thanks!

I agree with you. A lot of enterprising Pinay or Pinoys make the goodies and they know what they are doing. The big BUT is binabarat ang ingredients, modified ang recipe para malaki ang profit. Tuloy hindi masarap. This is true with all pinoy dishes kaya ang mga kano dito sa states are not liking it, hindi dinadayo ang Pilipino restaurants madaling magsara.

yung mga measurements makikita mo sa upper-right hand corner ng screen habang binabanggit nya. nga lang walang measurement nilagay sa yeast. hehe! ...hindi kasi masyado pansin maliit lang eh tapos white pa yung font. well lagi naman ganun style nya kaya nexf time alam mo na kung saan hahanapin measurements. 😉
