As someone who actually plays R6, I can give actual context to this. The operator is called Iana in R6, hence this is an outfit put on top of Iana. Thus in all respect, this is not 2B, its Iana wearing a cosplay. Theres also a Lara Croft skin in the game but surprise it doesnt look like Lara because its another operator wearing a costume

This 2B looks like it was made using an already existing base R6 character model to avoid the process of rigging a brand new skeleton and cut some time so the animations work properly without doing it from the scratch. Ok, so basically Rainbow six uses 3 types of hitboxes: largest one for 1 speed operators medium one for 2 speed small for 3 speed Iana is a 2 speed operator, so they had to adjust the model to roughly fit the hitbox, otherwise the game would feel bad, because you'd either hit the model and it would count as a miss, or hit air and it would count as a landed shot. So they unfortunatelly need to make some characters thicker than they should be, because the original model had a certain type of hitbox and armor. So no, they probably didn't intentionally make her manly, they were constrained by the engine. You can also see this with the WWE skins for ash and thorn, probably some others too.

This is an already established character, Iana, dresses up as 2B. In all of the collaborations that Rainbow Six Siege has had, all of the characters keep their facial and body features. It's only clothing and accessories that are added on top. Sorry but this video is extremely dishonest. This is a crossover skin that was released over a year ago, it's not new by any means. The character in question, Iana, is an elite Dutch soldier with a fairly muscular build, and she's simply COSPLAYING as 2B. All the other crossover skins in R6, including Resident Evil and Yakuza, are just the operators cosplaying as the characters. So of course Iana wouldn't have 2B's curves, she's just wearing a costume. She has a gigantic ass too, for what it's worth, and a really soothing voice. So with that in mind, I think they did a pretty good job. If you're gonna shit on a horrible western game with an even more horrible JRPG crossover, look no further than the Apex x FFVII one.

I could see there being an argument of needing to layer the skin on the model without changing it too much as to maintain the proper hitbox to model synchronicity. As to why Ubisoft would do this, my theory is theological, but simple: we are made in the image of our Creator, therefore, there is a spark of divinity in the masculine and the feminine ideals, which grows stronger the closer we come to achieving that ideal. Looking into this more than surface level it seems this is a skin for the character Iana. So they probably used Iana's base model and stuck a 2B dress on it. That being the case I think this is akin to someone wholly unsuited to cosplaying a character cosplaying that character anyway.

@@CloudyWolf713 Nier is a very good, but also kind of niche game. The soundrack is amazing and the gameplay is flexible, but at times it is trying to be too much at once if that makes sense. You got half a dozen other (mandatory) mini games throwin into the mix, which makes it both a unique experience, but also one that can be off putting. It also has a very melancholic vibe to it. Personaly it was a favorite of mine, a true gem at its time. I wouldn't reccommend it to everyone, it just wasn't made that way. And while I don't know the overall sentiment of the community, I feel like this is a game you finish once and it immediately turns into a nostalgic memory, one moment unrepeated.

Like this other dude said, R6S didnt model Iana like stellar blade, where 2B's design fits more naturally. I think the devs were too lazy to make sure it looks like 2B, instead kept the same shape she has when wearing armor, so it just looks like she wearing 2B's clothes with body armor underneath

Siege is a competitive game, they can’t really put an accurate 2b in the game as a skin they had to put it over Iana’s model. She looks beefy because it has to be the same size as a character that’s wearing armor. I personally don’t think they should be compared because stellar blade doesn’t have to worry about the competitive aspect of their game while siege does.
