Design is good but their Quality control is not great I had two power roam 1200 units and both were defective with random shut down and poor Wi-Fi/ app connection - UGREEN admitted that they were defective and To be fair they refunded without any issues QC needs to be a lot better especially for the premium price

1. I miss the possibility to monitor the online and offline history as in all Portable Power Stations 2. The connection cables for the additional battery look terrible, they take up a lot of space like most competitors, but some competitors have finally started using 90 degree connectors 3. I really like the trolley which is better when there is no option of wheels from the manufacturer or the wheels and handle are fixed in the unit, simple: when needed - used, when not needed - put away 4. I like that the solar charging cables are included in the Portable Power package, which is obvious, but that someone doesn't put it in the package = horrible 5. I would really like it if it were possible to connect two identical or even different UGREEN devices that could handle double or more AC load, where the second device would only turn on the DC/AC inverter when needed, otherwise it would be off and only its battery would be used 7. I would very much like to be able to connect to a Home Assistant system, where the environment for the solar monitoring system is already pre-prepared, and where the UGREEN device could be used for home automation 8. I would hope that the additional batteries should be able to be charged separately like the main unit from AC and solar inputs and the additional batteries should have DC outputs like the main unit Will there be a 240V version for Europe?

Really appreciate the time you put into such thorough reviews. It seems like there are more and more products like this, with good quality and performance. I agree that the price on this one isn't as attractive as other options, like Pecron, but it's probably still a good value.

Totally agree. In reality though, it's not often an easy thing to confidently comment on since I don't often have the opportunity for direct interaction with their customer service team. But on the rare occasions where I do have 'anonymous' interactions (ie they don't know I'm reviewing their product), I'm happy to share my actual experience. I do try to encourage people who buy these to check-back in and share their experience with the channel community - since I feel that is likely to provide the most accurate sense of how they operate. :)

Loved the video and tests, subscribed already in the previous video I watched from you. Nevertheless I did not understand the laptop test. I think you should try that removing the battery from the laptop or with a grown-up PC that has no way of working other than plugged to the wall and do not admit the slightest hiccup with the current.

Nice video on a solid product. But I would have preferred to see some usage of the add-on batteries, but I understand that you can’t test what you don’t have. That being said, not something I would invest in without seeing more real world testing with the add-on batteries.

I'm pushing very close to 6KW Solar in my Bluetti AC300 setup. AC300 Inverter out Max is 3000w.. U2200 can output 3500w. Can one input solar 6KW into a u2200 setup???

We certainly all have different thresholds for what we're willing to pay, but at about $0.78/Wh, you're not likely to find anything even remotely close to this level of build-quality, inverter and battery capacity and expandability. Yes, there are MUCH cheaper options out there, but personally, this is not the kind of product that I'd be comfortable going with the cheapest thing I can find. But obviously you have the right to your own opinions.

Hi, In case of input AC power outage then battery is depleted most power station do not turn back on AC output when input AC power returns. Did you test this feature? Thanks!

Excellent question! :) In my experience, pretty much none of the power stations with the word 'Portable' in their description will do that. So you'd have to manually switch the AC inverter back on. To get the auto AC out functionality, you'd need to be looking at a full-on Off Grid / Back-up Power home solution...and not all of those will do that either.

@@ReeWrayOutdoors ecoflow delta pro has an option to do that if I believe the tests I saw, would be nice to have this feature for backup power for internet, fridges and other appliances you want to keep on even when not around. I hope more reviewer tell Ugreen and the others about this basic need (a $70 basic UPS has this feature). Thanks for your reply!

I've not gotten my hands on that one (yet), but it wouldn't surprise me since they actually market the Delta Pro as more of a 'hybid solution', able to be both a "portable" power station and part of a larger home power backup system. Maybe I'll get lucky and have the opportunity to see for myself soon. :) I get what you're saying about the 'basic UPS', but the UPS doesn't have an inverter to turn--on since it's just passing through grid power and it doesn't have to worry about optimising battery health.

@@ReeWrayOutdoors UPS do have to worry about battery health, they will recharge it when depleted as soon as AC input is available :) And Ugreen knows to do this (charge+passthrough) as you've shown in the video. A funny thing I discovered is that most of the portable power station do turn automatically DC output when AC input returns (the Ugreen probably does). It's just AC output which is not turn on, go figure.

LIke pretty much all LiFePO4-based battery products, the low temp cut-off is 32F...but once you start charging it, it will keep itself warm enough to continue charging ( in most circumstances) even when the ambient temp drops below 32F.
