Through video it’s hard to show how difficult it is to shoot while in the water, with the speed of the ship, how crazy winds are out at sea and the fact that the waves move your target too

The answer is, in storage, scrapped, or otherwise retired. Big canons are no longer used since the 80s, they have been replaced by missiles. Small canons are to destroy speedboats and sea drones.

Railguns isn't actually working that good. A rail Gun can only fire 10-12 Rounds before you have to change the Barrel of the gun. So basically they are useless.

一応不審船の接近阻止、自衛が目的です。毎回主砲やCIWSを使ってたらコスパが悪過ぎですし、今どきこの距離で軍艦と撃ち合うことないですからね
