Not sure about the single bale wrapper but the tubeline type was a invented by a Scotsman called David Anderson ,and I think was first manufactured by a company called Grays of Fetterangus (Aberdeenshire) Scotland .

Is there any possibility to have the script of the video for translation? i now the man who invented the bale wrapper in the begining his name is gerald vennels
