Ultimate Challenge 220 Winning Gameplay Footage! Puzzles and Survival

This video covers the winning lineup and tactics I use for beating Ultimate Challenge level 220. It is a tricky battle and can take many attempts, and when everything goes right it will seem like a very easy battle. This is why it is important to try to mimic the tactics in this video to neutralize Requiem's rage skill which will allow for a fairly easy win as long as your heroes are strong enough. Winning Hero lineup:
Eve, Meyers, Mantis, Atropos, Lady M.
(No significant difference in hero placement)
Like many battles in ultimate challenge it is generally more important to target the strong attacking enemy and allow the defensive/healing enemy to wait until the end. In this case for UC220 what you want to do is target Requiem. The goal here is to use each hero to either steal her rage (Mantis, Atropos) or to prevent her from gaining rage (Lady M). Eve is a second healer and can really make a difference if you have weaker heroes by helping to keep them alive. If all your heroes are really strong (especially Lady M) then you can always try a different hero in place of Eve. However this lineup as is will win fairly easily. It may take quite a few attempts to get enough tiles to line up and time your heroes correctly to make sure Requiem can never use her rage skill. Some important notes: never use Meyers before Lady M. Always use Lady M and then Meyers directly after. Using Mantis will reduce the rage of Requiem and Ulrik so use her as often as you can. Atropos can be saved sometimes if Requiem has low rage or if she is on a 4 round wait on gaining rage. This way if you don't get enough gold tiles you can lower her rage before she uses her skill. If you can prevent Requiem from ever using her skill then this will feel like a much easier battle. Once the frontline enemies have fallen try to focus all tile hits on Ulrik. The only difference is, after using Lady M's skill on Requiem she won't be able to gain rage for 4 rounds. Those are the rounds you want to focus on hitting Requiem with tiles as much as possible. However while she is able to gain rage try not to hit her with tiles until you can use Lady M on her again. Last note: try not to use Lady M more then twice in a 4 round period. There are times when it is beneficial to use her more often but only if there are a lot of gold tiles on the board. If there are no gold tiles on the board and Requiem is not gaining rage, wait to use Lady M on Requiem until she can gain rage again. Hope the video helps see some of those tactics in use. Thanx! Well as your heroes get stronger you'll find the UC levels tonget easier. You definitely want to get to at least uc200 because you get 20 ironclaw frags at lvl 170 and 50 Phoenix frags at 200. Good luck!

For which situation? For some situations any rage stealer works. So Dr. J is a rage stealer, so is mars and mantis. And Lady M blocks rage fill. Each hero has unique skills but any of those can be substituted for Atropos if the main purpose is to prevent an enemy from using their skill.

That's odd. Maybe a glitch. Worked fine for me as you can see in the video. Make sure you are targeting the hero you want to prevent from gaining rage. Only other possibility is they changed something with the update. Good luck

Ahhh agent x's skill does not work against certain enemies in Ultimate Challenge. If you hold down on the enemy it will tell you what they are immune to. A few are immune to Agent X's skill. So while you can still use her? She won't be nearly as effective.

I am still stuck at this level, my problem is that Atropos is still in +0 and dies too quickly 😥

It definitely helps to have them levelled up and in some cases its critical. Keep trying and level her up when you can. Good luck!
