OMG I'm so happy I found your channel. I'm starting my house plant journey to try and help with my depression. Seeing videos that can help me avoid messy or unwanted situations before I get to doing it is a big relief. Thank you so much.

Wow. I’m in the same boat. My plant journey took a pause after I had my son in 2018. I’ve been struggling ever since. I’ve been rediscovering my love for plants this past year and it’s helped my depression tremendously. I wish you all the best. ❤

It will really help you like it did with me. Plus, a grow light is also good, because especially for winter, we have short days. Plants help my depression so much. I hope it will help you too. 😊

Man I wish it wasn’t so hard to find the perfect, HEAVY, planter without holes! I’ve now started adding a support string on my wall that I clip the moss poles to for added protection from falling over.

I just did some pole extensions yesterday with Leafy poles. I put the extension on the inside of the lower pole as I have found in the past that it leaks when I water the pole if on the outside. Love all your content. Thanks so much for sharing. X

I love that perspective. Thank you for letting me know. Did you add a metal rod?
@loumlefty87602 ай бұрын
@ Not needed yet as only 40cm poles. I have cable ties in place for the future though. A wis woman once said to do it first. Thanks again

Do you recommend these pre-made poles or the ones you DIY ones you made on your other video. Thanks!
@TheLecaQueen2 ай бұрын
Hello, these are ok, but I truly prefer making my own for the most effective customisation. I had a fair bit of trouble getting the cable ties into this pole because it is just not made to do that, but when I make my own, it is not an issue. But there is a lot to be said for the convenience of using premade ones.

I made my first extension this week with a repot. I got it in the pot crooked 😅 It’s ok because I reversed the process and did the extension before the chop. So when I cut the bottom off I can put it in straight 🤦🏼♀️

Where do you get the metal rod from? How tall is it? I need to extend my moss pole for my monstera very soon. I live in Sweden.

Details about the rod are in the video description. You will find a link there.

Great idea! The metal rods are strong and don’t rot as well. You are always putting a spin on everything Nora! Very good tips. My husband bought me a soldering iron for Christmas and boy was I happy,I went to crazy with putting holes in nearly everything 😅😅 💚🌿🪴🪴 Natalie
