Hi there, If you do not mind me sharing; a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming edible raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. Regarding the whole protein concern for vegans is exaggerated from gathered information especially that there are 'high protein' plant food sources e.g nuts and legumes; People showing signs of deficiencies e.g those showing signs of anorexia, actually need plant food sources such as starchy carbohydrates that help with weight gain than protein. I highly encourage being a sceptic, research things for yourself, and you will find out that the diet shared with you is actually for your own good (even if it means making small changes here and there, i would encourage) e.g processed meats are classified as carcinogenic to humans in Group 1, which is as bad as it can get, where as plant foods are classified as anti-cancer foods. Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency (e.g white bread, white rice and white sugar) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death. you could also top it up with mushroom sauce .. it is absolutely delicious . the ingredients goes like some onions cut in square shape, mushrooms, crushed peppercorns , cream or milk , pinch of salt, garlic minced. fry the mushrooms in garlic .. put in onions .. season it.. fry 2 minutes.. add cream or milk .. stir it for like 30 sec .. ta da !! ❤️

CONSENTOFTHEGOV Ramadan is one of the 12 Islamic month. It is either 29 or 30 days month(depends upon when the new moon comes for the next month). Muslims begin their fast with fajr azan/fajr prayer and open their fast with when it's time for magrib prayer(sunset). Also we cannot fast without doing sehri. Sehri is a meal which we are suppose to have before beginning our fast. The time for sehri begins around 1 hour 20 minutes before fajr prayer

The thing I really love about Natasha, is how she keeps it simple. A lot of "celebrity chefs" seem to think it's impressive to add more ingredients, or really weird ingredients, to impress people with their "talent". While I have no doubt Natasha could prepare a very special, complex dish for a special occasion, she doesn't have to rely on overly complex dishes to please the palate. Unlike many of the test kitchens for cooking magazines, and "celebrity" types who've seemingly lost their way. Examples include, but are not limited to, "garbage can quesadillas", containing so much crap it resembles a restaurant scraps bin at the end of a busy night, "creole gumbo" that contains no tomato or butter, but has 8 different proteins in a small bowl, far too "busy" & complicated to appreciate any single part of it, and so on, ad nauseam. Keep it as simple as possible, and it's hard to go wrong!

Omg I made this for my fiancé and his cousin and my mom and it was so delicious!! The simplicity of the recipe I feel like was key .. I was about to add all these mix ins and was skeptical of the simplicity of it !!! Was to die for.. I made fries on the side lol
