The best addition to my stand would be to you standing next to it fixing my outboard!

T-Mike, I use the front portion to hold the fuel tank. It sits in the spot where you have the parts dish. Good video. Very helpful for those getting into this hobby.

Awesome stand! Have you ever put a lawnmower motor on a boat motor lower end?

Pretty much what a Gamefisher (made by Eska) is. An air-cooled Tecumseh power head on top of a water-cooled lower unit. Very light & powerful but reliability wasn't so good thanks to heat & cheap parts.

So how exactly do you use the starter that is screwed to your stand?

I thought for sure #5 was going to be a holder for the hydrate while you wait stand with a side ash tray for cigar ash. Lol , I guess I was half right #5 was a tank holder.

Is it safe to test the motor with no prop?
@michaeljsimon3 жыл бұрын
Sure. Just don’t rev too many rpm’s. Also must test run in water for final carb settings.

Is there reason the water drain valve is upside down ? Easier if it was rotated 180 degrees.
@michaeljsimon3 жыл бұрын
No reason.
