I have a quick question: During standing lateral side raises, I noticed that you kept your chest down. Most coaches here in China advise keeping the chest up to avoid involving the front deltoids. Can you clarify this based on your professional experience? Thank you!

That isn’t a big issue . U can do it in both ways depending upon how u feel it . I personally perform it keeping my chest up

One question for you bro i just watched legendary Mike Tyson's workout 💪 regime he has a strong ancestral genetic but he used to do calisthenics body weight workout 3000 pushups 2000 situps and 2000 squats body weight does lifting weights disadvantage for boxers does there speed decrease? भाई, कुल 13 सेट हो गए ! हफ्ते में दो बार मतलब 26 सेट. ये ज़्यादा सेट नहीं हो रहे है क्या? मतलब शायद आपके ही एक व्हिडिओ में मैंने देखा है कि किसीभी मसल के हफ्ते में ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 18-20 सेट ही लगाने चाहिए और शोल्डर-ट्रायसेफ के तो और भी कम लगाने चाहिए. कृपया मार्गदर्शन कीजिए🙏🙏🙏
