Shortly Dumbbell Excercises are mostly better than Barbell. Only some of exercises are better in Barbell like deadlift. 👍❤️

Thank you sir ☺️.. infact i used to do all those rank 1 excercise earlier because i felt it was perfect. You made us clear to all those excercise, in my gym people do so much fancy workout, but simple excercises are best for muscle gain.
