unfortunately we live in a society these days where majority of females lack accountability, are incapable of taking any responsibility for their actions & are automatically the victim. example: if a girl in her early 20's stole a car, ran out of petrol a few miles from her intended destination, dumped the car on the side of the road, commenced to walk to the remaining distance & twisted her ankle whilst doing so, she would blame her twisted ankle on the car owner (for not having a full tank of gas!)

he only did that so she can't come back and appeal it and say she didn't understand or have enough time. in hindsight the judge should've just denied her request but he's just giving her that extra time so she can't come back in with any excuses. you have to remember that now a days these Judges, Cops and D.A's have to tip toe so carefully around these creeps rights so they can't come back and say they violated their rights and possibly get charges dropped. the criminals run our judicial system and the victims they create are the now treated like the bad guys and have no rights.

Yeah when he said the defendants name and the attorney (Powell) had the same name I was wondering if it was a law firm. I would bet she hired them because she heard they got someone else out of some similar criminal matter like she was facing probably a DUI. She took charge right away, talked in court, made them put on the defense she demanded and wouldn't listen to them at all. She lost and got butthurt. Then blamed the lawyers instead of her own dumb arse.
