I am debating between these Umizato and the J+S Vision.. I like Umizato because they don't have much tint but which ones are better for your eyes ??

They both are good options. I don't think that the lenses are that different between the two.

Hey, hope you day is going well. I play lot of video games like 8+ hours and my eyes get stress but also become watery. Should I get computers glasses or BLF glasses

Gaming is a unique activity to narrow down to one suggestion. I have one suggestion for console gaming on a TV and another for PC gaming on a monitor like a desktop. First I would start by getting your eyes checked. If you're 20/20 then you can try one of these two options to start. Console: Don't go with computer glasses because it could actually make things worse. Take regular breaks (about every 20 minutes take a 20 second break closing your eyes and looking away from any screens) and you can get a set of blue light filtering glasses to help with strain from glare. PC gaming: computer glasses can really help to reduce eye muscle fatigue and getting them with a blue light filter will be good for late night sessions. I can't stress enough the importance of taking breaks. That's the #1 cause of eye strain. Hope this helps. Thanks for reaching out.
