Today a video about Lego set 352: Windmill and Lorry from 1972. It's been a while since I showed you a very old set. Well this is actually the oldest set I currently own. Join me when I take a closer look at this vintage set.

This is super cool, didn’t know the instructions used to be hand drawn, super cool!

Yes, it's a bit like the comics, at that time there were no computer options yet.

I never knew Lego made those more realistic looking trees. Guess they stopped making them once they had the single piece molded ones later, but those older ones do look nicer.
@henrysvintagetoysАй бұрын
I also think they are very cool and that was one of the reasons I wanted this set in my collection, because of the tree

Thank you Henry for your nice videos! This is by far my favorite Lego channel out there. I love your format and presentation. The 80s sets are my favorites. Can't wait for the next videos!

It's a funny coincidence you upload this today, as I just built a very similar set today, being 318 - Windmill set! I was thinking of your videos when I found it, as it has the box and instructions. There were a few parts missing, but I replaced the ones I could with period-appropriate patent pending parts. Great video, thanks for your great reviews!

That's a coincidence indeed! 318 is also a cool set, but the lorry in 352 has an extra play feature! Thanks for your nice comment!

Nice set and nice review! It's kind of ironical that you made a building mistake at the time you said that the building experience is not challenging 🙂

@oliviergengler7476 Yes that was an inside joke. I'm surprised you noticed! That means that there are very attentive viewers watching my videos!

hey Henry! im a big fan of your videos and i have a question: do you have plans to make a little city scenario with all yout sets? greetings from Brazil!!
@henrysvintagetoysАй бұрын
Thank you for your nice comment!I don't immediately understand what you mean, but I don't collect the modern sets with the city theme. Only classic town and town sets. my collecting period is 1970 - 1996. Many fun videos with sets with town as the main theme will soon be online
@rexmolequemalditoАй бұрын
@@henrysvintagetoys oh! i didn't mean the theme city, i tried to say that you can make a small city with your town sets
@henrysvintagetoysАй бұрын
@@rexmolequemaldito Ha, that's what you mean! yes, of course I could do that in one of my next videos. Nice idea thanks.

Just curious, are you going to make any Lego classic town house videos soon?
@henrysvintagetoysАй бұрын
which sets do you mean exactly? I collect as many sets as possible between 1970 and 1996, but of course everything depends on what I find along the way. In the short term I will build the sets that you could see in my preview video a few posts ago, but I certainly didn't show them all in there. There are many more classic town sets that I will build and share with you. Also many other subthemes. This is the link to the preview video.:kzbin.info/www/bejne/qH6ooZ2Zpa99iLs

@henrysvintagetoysАй бұрын
@@Rickthedoortechnician936 That's a very specific question! But nice. I see that this is town, but from the subtheme 'special', so very difficult to find! But I'll keep my eyes open and let you know when I find this set! Greetz Henry
