Yay! I am so thankful you are able to homeschool after all! Because of you and another KZbin mom we switched to CLE math a couple years ago. This year we are picking up the CLE language also. You know what I love about CLE, besides the quality of the content? You can purchase individual light units!!! This is so important to me because I have such a small budget and four kids to purchase for. I cannot afford to purchase the full courses all at once. It makes me breathe a sigh of relief. Ahhh 😅

I am interested in the new science by CLE. I never used their science or history because it seemed a bit dry with no color pictures etc. But the one grade they added looks amazing! I love their math and language, and we are using it for the third year. It's very solid.

Okay, I looked it up and it is science 4 and it won't be out until October. But it's completely different from their current science.

I actually haven't seen their new science yet! I have never used Science or History, but I've loved all the things we've used from CLE!

We love CLE! My elementary kids (1st, 3rd, 6th, and 7th) all use their Reading, Math, and Language Arts. My high schoolers are using their Algebra 1 and English 1. I haven’t found any curriculum that matches them in these subjects.

I would do Speedy Spanish first then do CAP Spanish. I would do Speedy Spanish 2 then the last CAP Spanish 2. They pair very well and work well.

I love CLE, but I am curious if you find that when they hit math 3, they become a little resistant? My second oldest is our first who has been using CLE all the way from the beginning, and we just started math 3 (currently in 303) and he hates how long it takes. I think we need to just persevere and really work on his math facts, but I’m curious if this is pretty much the norm for math 3 since it does seem a bit more challenging than math 2 was.
