Especially in Europe, people look down on MSG as some people don't handle it well and most consider it synthetical. Uncle Roger you have to try this variation. Start with cooking bacon in the wok. Get it crispy and break it into small pieces to get added later. Remove some but not all the bacon grease. Substitute the bacon grease for your peanut oil. Do everything else you do for egg fried rice. Add the bacon bits and stir. You now have breakfast fried rice.
