Dear Uncle Rogers, I had lunch at your Pavilion restaurant, last Saturday and ordered 5 fried rice dishes ( KimChi with crispy Sunnyside up, spicy grilled chicken fried rice, garlic shrimp fried rice, unagi fried rice, + your marketing manager was kind enough to give me a complimentary dish crispy chicken. Drinks I order Ice lemon tea, and passionista. Tasted all by myself. I Tapao and I gave it to the homeless street people hanging out at Bukit Bintang area. They so happy. To say the restaurant was a massive success is an understatement. The amount of clips I saw of people crowding the outside is wild. When I 1st watched this channel, Nigel wasn't even doing the Uncle Roger character yet, and it just took off like a rocket after 1 video.

@@nesamdoom Compared to the strictness of the egg cracking, that seemed very lax. A lot of rice on the plates fell from the wok rather than the ladle. The egg cracking though was impressive, I'd wonder if picking them up and using center of bowl to crack would be allowed or better.

You try getting hundreds of people to gather and dress up with an orange polo, black pants, and phone holder for you. Lots of people were disqualified since they had other t-shirts and not orange polos. They didn't just give it to him.
