James claims the kid said he was 18 but he had his age (16) on Instagram highlights and his TikTok bio. Even if he didn't admit to it the kid had evidence (screenshots of the inappropriate photos and texts). hope this helped

This is well done, but I do have some rather grave concerns. 1. You didn't go into James Charles's statement. That statement is very important in understanding what he has and hadn't admitted. It also sheds light on why people are upset about the current situation. In part it's the admission of guilt, it's the fact that HE reached out to the boy, it's the fact that the boy was a fan of his, and that he could potentially be in possession of CP. All of this is important information. 2. I'm not sure why you didn't talk about the videos the boy came out with. You didn't have to show them, but that underscores why this time was treated differently than other times. The boy had not just 1 explicit photo of James, but several! Several. And that is crucial to understanding why there is outrage. There is proof that these images are James Charles. And that's why he can't Notesapp his way out of this. 3. I do not understand why you didn't talk about the 14-year-old boy that came out 7 months ago with similar allegations. He also had an explicit photo of James, and James used a similar excuse at that time as well. He came out and NO ONE believed him and many channels did not cover it, which in retrospect they should have. 4. There was another boy that came out about a month ago that said he was messaging him and sending him nudes even though he was straight. He was also summarily dismissed when James pulled random DMs that didn't quite explain the situation. 5. Other guys have come out, one who claims to have been contacted days after the Bye Sister scandal, again with receipts. And another guy who claims to have told James that he was 17, and James still tried to proceed with an interaction that ultimately did not happen. Your video makes it appear that it was just one allegation after Bye Sister. That is not the case. Far from it. This needs additional context.

Not a James fan...but the red dye thing is true. I get staining from even dermatologist approved face paint if I use red. Even my tattoo with red hasn't faded much despite being a decade old. Same thing with edible dye even. Some people get messed up by reds or yellows. It is more a personal immune reaction then anything truly wrong with the shade.
