@@wobblysauce true. Idk how long it sat. I would say 2 months without starting will drain the battery on a lot of bikes. Some bikes last 6 months depending on battery health. I’ve let my R1 sit for three months at the longest and started right up.

Though he is making money on these stupid videos, it's a waste of everyone's god damn time. The previous owner fucked up the bike and this guy got only 25% discount? It sucks.

Yeah especially since the road kit which was sold with the bike was not OEM, damaged and had an ugly AF paint. In the end with all the additional money spent the cost of the bike will probably the same as if he bought one in good condition for full price

I ordered OEM Yamaha fairings for a different bike and it took a LONG time. Shipped from Japan even though they showed in stock in the US.... I still haven't installed them for the record.... I"m not a silver fan either but it looks pretty good so far.

Careful when blowing out air filters like that! I was taught that you could actually increase the diameter of the cavities in the filter and end up with a bigger hole for dirt to pass through.

The missing bolt on the gas lid is done so that if they lose the key they can remove the cap with the bolts, especially if this is a track bike you dont wanna not be able to ride cos you cant put gas in it :P

I had to do a fuel tank treatment and weld on a speed triple they was left out in the rain for 6 years. Fuel filter was CAKED in orange sludge, 0 sludge made it to the injectors.

That SC Project sticker is for the exhaust, yes. SC Project sent me a few of them for free btw so you could've just sent the homologation number and pictures of the exhaust and they would've sent them. The only problem is those stickers eventually "give up" and start cracking with the heat of the exhaust.

You can powder coat magnesium, it just has to be done a slightly different way than other metals. Look up the Hybrid Accord J series intake manifold swaps people do. Those are magnesium, and people have them powder coated all the time. No issues. Also take a look at other parts and such that the factory / parts manufactures sell pre-coated.

You could've cleaned and regreased the steering stem bearing, while you were at it. Most japanese manufacturers really skimp on grease. I really like silver rims, it reminds me of the WSBK Ducati bikes. My Z900 has black rims and I consider painting them silver. The wheels on my R6 are white, that also looks great.

If this doesn't solve the issue then do check the electricals.... mostly spark plug first then the ignition coils.... mostly it might just be the spark plugs.
