Im on eb1 c India with pd dec 22. I concurrently filed for me and my dependent s when it was current in dec 22 and my aos status is pending . I got my i140 approved in apr'22. Also recently got my ead for my spouse and kid. In this scenario, is my kid age locked and protected by CSPA?

Don't worry it seems she is eligible to immigrate usa with you. Did you get any welcome letter?

@@uddinminhaj1229 sir,mere only approval letter 2013 mai aaya tha wahi hai uske baad koi bhi update nahi aaya hai..

@@kamalgandhi5056 oh so sad.. a final welcome letter will come very soon.. then you'll have to pay visa fees, submit passport others documents etc. Note: ask your petitioner in USA why you're not getting welcome letter. Also check your post office. Im from Bangladesh. We are 4 families in total. F4 visa. PD : 2007, welcome letter received: 2019 and we submitted all documents nd paid visa fees. all Documents qualified. Now waiting for interview date.
