I have a reg customer which I taught to put some vinegar or pan tabs on his P-trap at the air handler every so often for this same problem but he is too lazy to do it, has easy access, for me its easy money.

Good thing my AC drain line runs outside cause I stay in a mobile home. And plus I may consider on getting those drain tables so it can definitely flow freely.

I was steady confused seeing the condensation lines on the outside of the house. I live in Pearland and and do keep maintenance on my unit. I'm like the outside line is the emergency one. The condensation line connects to the same sink line in the attic. Ever make it out to Pearland WW HVAC?

Why do all these units not use schedule 40 3/4” pvc? I see it a lot in these videos of you guys down south, is that a thing down there or is the material just cheaper to buy; or industry standard in the south?

That's a tough one. Maybe it's in their head. Or maybe panels are not put back on correctly. I'll make sure it's sealed properly. Did the coil have an access door for cleaning? Weak capacitor? 🤷‍♂️

@@WWHVAC yeah that’s the thing I never looked at the indoor unit. Just replaced cap and cleaned the condenser coils. Might be a dirty filter. I’ll find out tomorrow. Thanks for responding 👍🏾

Only if people run water for about 60 seconds after using chemicals in the sink will prevent that. Oh well, it's job security.
