This Nduja Sugo is to die for! I had this dish at Bauernschänke in Zurich, but they served it with mussels instead of Grilled Polpo (Octopus), I think Grilled Octopus works better with the smokiness of the Nduja. The Chickpeas adds nice body and texture to the dish. This dish is fast becoming one of my all time Italian favourites!
