Just bc it happened to ur mther doesn't mean it happened to the whole world . She got confused entangled between choosing a career and being a housewife while desiring to have an ambitious top level career she thought it would be easy way to just be a housewife and leave the expenses to the husband . That's why she couldn't choose a good husband bc it wasn't what she innately desired It didn't happen with my mother bc she kept a practical approach with her career build enough to have an earning of her own ,her desire was have a stable family on her own . Yes , u are right there are many who wasn't happy even after being a housewife . That's what happens when u abandon ur own natural femininity and built compulsion competitiveness with m€n .. It breeds misery and cause distraught among their surroundings . It's a circumstances of bad parenting at the first place .
