I’m a 68-year old mother of six and grandmother of five. I’ve been working out for 35 years and it’s hard for me to find workouts that challenge me and make me break a sweat, but Caroline’s are among the few that do. I hope to be working out with you till I’m 100!

I discovered her in September 2020. Honestly, within 3 months I got into the shape that I haven't been in before. My back and legs got very strong. I couldn't do even 1 plank push-up before, but now straight 20 full-range push-ups. The transformation is real. I do work out every day. So glad I found you. Thank you!!! P.S please more leg workouts. Love them. :)

so i've been doing all of your workouts with 10lb dumbbells (all through epic 1!), and recently i was able to splurge and get a set of 20lb dumbbells. this was the first workout i did with them and boy did it burn!!!! you've inspired me so much to stay motivated, push myself, and really enjoy it at the same time! thank you for all your form tips, mentorship, and fantastic workouts, caroline. :)

Thanks for the great workout Caroline. My lower body is definitely stronger than my upper body especially shoulders. I need to work harder on that. I will go back to that workout yesterday and pick the exercises that I had difficulty with and practice each one by itself and then wait a while and do one of the other exercises before one of them totally fatigues me. And thank you to all the community members who replied with encouraging words. 💞

So initially I was disappointed we weren't repeating any of the exercises, but after about 5 minutes I was I was, once again, incredibly humbled by this workout. There were also more "I don't think I can do that" moments in this one for me, but thanks, Caroline, for helping me push through. Exercising with you is my favourite kind of discomfort because I can feel improvements happening as I do - especially in my mentality and self-talk. Really enjoyed this one. My heart rate got HIGH on this. Had to sit out a couple sets. I have bad knee arthritis so I modify a lot. I use a chair for squats, I have a step bench, like for step aerobics, I use for step ups, I have enough risers to adjust the height, I do wall sits too. Lunges are the most difficult for me with the knee arthritis so I do as much as I can and modify as needed. Great workout. Thank you Caroline. Hope everyone had a good day. 😊

Really that went so quick today, really starting to love legs especially with the chair. Really nice combination of exercises using the chair, especially the Bulgarians and the Bulgarian burnout is so good. Love those last lunges and managed 48 which isnt bad for someone who used to avoid legs. 12.5kg DBs today as well so we are progressing nicely. Thank you Caroline another corker as they say in these parts 🤩

Caroline, you always put together such a creative killer workout. The two brilliant and new-to-me moves were the lateral lunge with one foot on chair and the single RDL with back foot on chair. Bravo!

Oh Caroline, I always want to cry when you get the chair out!. I’m like, ‘Not the chair!!’ 😫😫.. legs are shaking, bottom is doing a weird twitch. But as always I’m so glad I got through it xx 🥰 🦵

Loved this workout! Caroline's leg workouts are getting easier and easier. During the beginning of Epic I I was struggling to finish it and now I feel pretty fine when I'm done. It's probably time to go up in weights! Thank you so much for all the gains Caroline! I feel amazing x

This literally KILLED me! I don't even know how Caroline has a smile on her face throughout- that too with double the weight of the dumbbells1 You're AMAZING Caroline! By the last quarter of the workout, I was so out of breath, like I was doing cardio. LOVED and hated this at the same time

I was wondering where that last set of Bulgarian lunges was gonna be!! Oh Caroline, I should've known!🔥😨🥴 Rubber legs!! Loved it!! I went up in weights today too🥳👊🏻! Loved this workout..totally killed my legs! Lateral lunge chair and deep step ups..I hope we meet again!🥵😏

I just completed day this workout with day 6 and 7 before this because I wanted to catch up from the 2 days I missed due to a busy schedule.But now I feel pumped and ready! 💪👊Believe it or not, I was in more pain those two days of sitting at a computer than I am now after 3 back to back workouts. Our bodies were meant to move. Thanks so much Caroline for all you you do. You're a blessing to my life. roline.

Decided to attempt this workout with 30lb dumbbells and wow wow wow my legs have definitely gotten stronger, and I am definitely going to feel it tomorrow ahahha

💚Day8 Completed!!!💚 An intense one sided lower body workout session !! i gave it all! Loved the chair sets and staggered sets! I really enjoyed this workout. My 15lbs dumbells now feel very easy for leg days so I guess I will be using 20lbs soon. Thank you so much Caroline for making fitness an enjoyable part of my life

Oh I’m screaming on the inside!!😆😆😆 i try to stay calm as much as I can... steady breath particularly if lifting! But it sooo burns!!😆😆🔥🔥⭐️
