So happy to see more training from you, your channel is one of the main ones that inspired me to start my own and share my training and opinions. Your old videos on how to start a channel helped me get cracking and the training videos provide great inspiration.

Strange to say but Neversate just seems to have a great energy that actually comes through in a video. Great video! And I have worn out all my Neversate shirts, which has cost me 30 lbs on all lifts across the board. Help! 😂

That Elite FTS bar is awesome. I use it for bench, rows, and overhead press. It saved my shoulder a few years back and allowed me to bench when a straight bar wouldn't.

Nice! I was expecting just one day of training. That weighted hanging ab set up looks awesome. Does anyone dry out sand before filling sandbags? Curious what others do because sand from my stores is always wet.
@alexuk89812 ай бұрын
In the UK you can buy kiln dried sand from any DIY store, that's what I'd use personally, want to avoid the sandbags getting too wet and going mouldy.

you look so much healthier. I wondered how you did it, all the lumberjack work for the week PLUS training. I wondered if consistent over-exertion was making your medical issues more difficult to heal.

Some very interesting variations and movements here! that rolly sandbag thing looks very challenging! i need to try a band on the homemade t-bar thingie I have in my home gym. I think it'll work! I totally didn't know that I should be holding one arm out on the single arm farmers walks until now. I feel like punching myself. By the way, I actually started doing front zercher carries with one of my handles, and it's working out very well. I was tying a tow strap around weight plates to do front carries, but that really was a real hassle. I think sandbags are probably a better option, but that looks like a pretty big hassle to me as well being that I don't compete. I reliably do front carries with the farmers handle, it takes minutes to set up, and I can easily add 5 pounds when I need to. It's a good option to have if your a normie.

Try making a loading pin and using bumper plates. I have a video about doing that here on my channel. Costs next to nothing and it is super versatile.
