Honestly i didnt really get how often White light ADs happened, until i started running night vision and doing stuff at night. The axon is almost a must for those that want to run a pressure pad on the white light. The dual lead is definitly going to be a purchase i make soon.

If you use pliers, grab as far down on the zip tie as you can and give it a few spins, it’ll break off flush and doesn’t leave a sharp edge.

a ranger band is spot on for this , it takes more time to remove furniture to fit it but rub is better than the gaffer tape, give it a try.

Use “silicone fuse tape” on the wiring. Won’t melt or burn like gaffer tape. And no adhesives to “melt out” of the tape and cause a malfunction of your gun. That’s why modern oven mitts use silicone grippers. Withstands heat up to 500°F.

I've never tried the gaffers stuff but, I did get ahold of some black athletic tape and I've had good luck with that stuff. I've never had it in saltwater though...

Take needle nose pliers and twist excess tie wrap until it breaks to prevent razor sharp edges.

The thumb thing....key in on that fyi...with the C grip...in a hurry you will figure out that you can just point your thumb on a target and make some damn good shots. Especially if you put the time into the technique.

For the zip tide problem, there is a solution you can put one part of the blade of your scissors on the fat part female part of the zip tie and then the other blade of the scissor on the male end of the zip tie and cut it'll cut it smooth and. You won't feel a thing.This is coming from an electrician that uses sympathize all the time

Get the version that has the dual pad. He's not running a pressure pad for the light. That's the whole reason for axon pads. You can get the hot button or mod button that does what he just did, there's extended variants. The whole reason for axon pads, is for a dual pad that gives laser and light, momentary and constant for both. If you are running a NGAL or Dbal, you get the visible override (as long as you order the correct version). When you press white light, it activates the visible laser with the light. Even if the LAM is on IR settings, overrides it. With him NOT using the light/laser version, he has no visible override, like the factory NGAL pad has. Makes no sense if you have an NGAL or Dbal to lose the override feature, especially with the NGAL. Because it's built into the same cord. Thats why the connector is no longer a crane plug.

Figured you'd use goon tape or hockey tape. Much better than gaffers tape and it won't leave residue. Comes in 1 inch, 1.5 inch and 2 inch. And in multiple colors.
