Nice one, some companies will change the factory settings prior to shipping out the devices. They will also do things like remove the SD card, change tubing etc.

@sharon94503 - SleepHQ / SD will have no impact on any other compliance services. There are very very few companies that actually use the SD card info these days which is a shame as that's where the fun is lol

Heads up. At least on my airsense10, every time the power goes off it returns to "1 month" time period for the data.

The screen on the RESMED 11 is so SMALL… hardly any info to be seen on it. And, using the screen and searching for info, you have to move very very slowly and carefully!! Otherwise you are already at the bottom of the screen and information part… If you getting old (65) it’s hard to work with!!!

My internet speed is fast yet it takes a while to process my data once it's been uploaded...

It will process the data in chunks so as soon as the data is uploaded it should be pretty quick to start looking at your most recent weeks of info. There are a few things you can do to turbo charge the uploads 1. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hX_HZJ2oj8egbbcsi=nEpKwQWD2qYSlp0t - This shows you how to only import the most recent files. If you drag and drop the entire contents of you SD card we need to scan each and every file to find which ones have been uploaded and which ones haven't and if you have thousands of files this will take some time. You can however just drag in a smaller chunk of files and it will be lightening fast. 2. Another option is to format your SD card every few months after and upload. You might like to create a copy of your SD card and save the files on your device or in google drive etc so you have a backup. For SleepHQ Pro members we create a backup of your data in the cloud so you can download it if you ever need it. Formatting the SD card will erase the files.
