Thanks for the suggestions. I’m not a professional 3d model/artist, just an amateur who has an interest in UE5 and real time visuals in general. At the moment, I’m just focusing on scene composition and world building, so I’ve to rely on free assets as much as I could. But in the future, I may create my own assets provided I’ve the time to learn and build that kind of stuff.

this looks mind blowing, how much VRAM do you need to run such graphics clientside

A good question, when I was making this I did not keep playability and performance in mind, it’s simply for testing and visual showcase purposes. If I remember correctly it’s running at sub 10-20 fps in the viewport on an RTX 3080 10gb, the engine is also giving me a warning that I’m out of vram (used around 13-17gb according to task manager depending on scenes). So a project designed for client would need to be much more optimised, but I’m still very new to Unreal and not sure on how to fine tune and optimise a particular project. Having said that, I found that using tons of high/Nanite quality Megascan assets is not ideal for performance, it works fine for smaller scenes, but for something like a huge sprawling open world with millions of Megascan grass and foliages along with Lumen and Nanite enabled will quickly kill both the vram and frame rate such as the case here.

This is amazing. How do you have the time to create so many scenes? This would take me years.

I’m not a 3D modeler/artist, just an amateur who has an interest in real-time visuals. So instead of having to create every assets and textures from scratch, I just used whatever free resources I can find from Megascan, Marketplace and the internet, and this is how I was able to do it in about a month time, plus 2-3 more days for the editing. However, this is more of a quick test of me throwing around a bunch of assets to create a series of scenes, in a real project, people will need to spend more time on things like optimising and perfecting the look of each scene, but I skipped all of that as I’m still very new to Unreal, and just don’t have the time and knowledge yet.

muito boa de fato, que os jogos possam extrair o máximo dessa engine
