Through your plain simple wording the Gospel has come alive and I not only see but feel the truth of the Gospel. I love how application of relevance is revealed so that I may apply what I learn in my everyday life. I love the clarity of Justice - Mercy - Grace. As these weekly lessons greatly expand "Come Follow Me" for Home Centered learning, I a grateful for the inspiration for what I cannot learn on my own. I feel Heavenly Father's love through every lesson and feel closer to the Lord.

I cannot even find the words that would adequatley express my gratitude to you for these amazing lessons. I learn best from others and have been searching for many years to find someone who would dig deep into scripture and bring it to life. I first felt the scriptures come to life, as a young college student in Rexburg when I began enrolled in a Book of Mormon class there. Now, you have brought back that deeper level of learning to me. I am forever thankful for your sacrifice of time and your desire to share all the years of knowledge you have gained!

'His heart swelling as wide as eternity!' What a profound description of Christ's incredible commitment to the Plan of Salvation. While our understanding is much more limited, Heavenly Father will at times grant us a short peek into this feeling of a heart swelling as wide as eternity. The birth of a child can be one of these very sacred moments in which this is true for some of us. To others this might occur when serving faithfully in their callings, when suddenly the Lord grants us a glimpse at the eternal love he has for each individual- Have you felt this before. As we draw closer to Him our hearts will continue to swell preparing us to love perfectly and without limits, neither in a temporal or a quantitative sense - to love the way as He does. Can't wait to post the videos for this week's study. Thank you Brother Halverson for another excellent episode!

Thank you so much for today’s episode. You brought Enoch’s experiences alive for me and I found myself weeping with him. All but one of our seven children have not only left the church, but have become apostates (one even served as a faithful bishop) so I’m grateful to know there there is still a reason for rejoicing. This episode touched me so deeply.

When you indicate "Turn ye" as a command to repent and then for Enoch to "get ye upon the mount Simeon" (Conversations at Higher Elevations bookmark) before the Lord reveals more to Enoch, I think it was also an opportunity for pondering and time to pass between repentance and revelation and for Enoch to be prepared for further light and knowledge from God. The time aspect of climbing the mount and anticipating what is yet to come is the sweet part of the repentance process and what the Saviour is desiring us to receive. Enoch's response " I turned and went" is just as important as it shows his immediate desire to repent and later to receive what the Lord is willing to share with him. Thank you for this wonderful insight, Jared. Your teaching continues to provide the Spirit the opportunity to testify of gospel truths to all of us, "your students in Christ".

After generations have failed to redeem Zion and build the New Jerusalem, The Lord will do His own work. Joseph Smith resurrects first (3 N21:10), then the real fun begins. Brigham Young and the early apostles spoke frequently about Joseph’s pending resurrection and returning to Jackson County to build the Holy City. I would submit that after several generations of failure, we are closer than ever, but the “oneness” the Lord seeks is not some Kumbaya burning man party for unrepentant sinners; it is a oneness established on Celestial Law and the principles of righteousness-Our “one heart and one mind” will be acceptable only when it is patterned after the Lord’s heart and mind.

I am really enthralled and taken with your insights and energy. I concur and even confirm your teachings with my witness that they are true and of God. Thank you seems to be inadequate. A life of dedicated service is evident! I do not usually watch any video over an hour but I have set that aside in this case. The reason that I give is that if it takes you that long to say what you're trying to say well generally you're not very efficient but that would be a mistake in this case, wow what content and what ease of delivery, oh that the whole world would hear and know what you have to say! I guess that my biggest concern should be seeing that latter-day saints take advantage of your videos but I am scratching my head as to those that are not familiar with our Canon of scriptures and current prophetic leadership, but I might venture to invite them to your channel anyway as they should be able to connect the dots in spite of not having any prior connection because of your thorough and encompassing way, outstanding!

I have two quick suggestions for situations you mention frequently: 1) difficulty and impersonal aspect of staring into camera to record videos - select photos of your students, family, those you want to connect with and mount them behind and around the camera, so you can see them and talk to them while you are being recorded. 2) Stretching time to take on writing the Proving Contraries book - many busy executives have shared their revolutionizing ideas or their biographies in book form, without writing and arranging every word of it themselves. Is there someone (your YA daughter and/or a student you have mentored) that could organize the material into sections or chapters? You have already envisioned the work, perhaps you could find someone to help you execute it. With the bulk of the information organized, could you then in 3 or 4 (or 6, if you want to nod at the creation narrative) periodic sessions, you could examine and evaluate it together. Who knows? It is a pattern that might just work for a project like this, it has a few good precedents, I am thinking. All the best to you and yours. Thank you and your family for all you are and all you do to shine a light of truth that cuts through the mists of darkness.

I have to pause this here as you are talking about watching your wife and daughter - who were everything to you - fading off into the distance in that plane! Once again my eyes are filling with tears at the tenderness of this whole Moses 7 episode.. Heavenly Father's tender feelings toward the 'residue' in spite of the joy of the people of Enoch, Enoch's understanding of that bittersweet caring at the misery they had caused for themselves... and even the residual cold in your voice... all adding to the sweetness and tenderness of this episode for me. Thank-you for sharing even when you are not feeling great! You are the best! (and really are of the u tubers of the restored gospel!) Blessed to hear/feel/absorb all these wonderful things! You have impacted my gospel understanding in countless ways.

I've loved the imagery of our progressing journey from Eden; our fall, and our ascending atonement. I picture Jesus' own journey; descending down off the Temple Mount of Jerusalem, down through the Kidron Valley, and up into the Garden of Gethsemane on the Mount of Olives, the Mount of Ascension.

I’m just catching up with your videos, but last week with come follow me when we read as a family the scripture of how a flood of truth would come to the earth in the last days, I said “this is what brother Halverson was called to do as part of his mission in heaven.” To be a massive instrument in that flood of truth to gather in the elect in the last days..” How interesting you just said in your video you “hope” to be apart of that flood.
