So I could be wrong here but food for thought about finding Scrappy. I’m not exactly fluent in federal raid laws but, all items seized in any kind of raid have to be listed in the court evidentiary paperwork, therefore if you really wanted to put in the time and energy to find out if the FBI has or had him, you should be able to find out through said paperwork that you could obtain through the freedom of information act.
