@@halimatusowe6957 I understand your feeling but the thing is these practices involve proper breathing practices and also accuracy to some extent. If you miss something, you would end up with severe injury in your hamstring and lower back.

Namaskaram these practices are very vital and should not be practices without a proper teacher. If you want to incorporate yoga into your life you can go to isha website or download sadhguru app . A lot had been offered by Sadhguru for us to keep us going in this tough time. You can also attend sadhguru darshan live evryday at 6 pm .

Namaskaram, I practice angamardana. You seem to not be panting or breathing heavily after your pushups. The breath lock for pushup makes it impossible for me to not be panting. Do you rest after your jumping series? Or have you attained to some form of siddhi anna? :) pranams from india.

Namaskaram Yes, actually I did attain quiet a few powerful Siddhis and this is just a minor demonstration of my unexplicable capabilities! Just kidding of course ;p yes, after the pushups along with the breathing my lungs want to jump up the sky and it takes me quiet some time Balasana to get my breathing back to normal. It's amazing how intense that small piece of practice is!

It depends a bit, since the sequence could be done in various ways, with the fasted way of doing Angamardana being around 10 minutes. If I do everything properly, I would say it takes me around 35-40 minutes (including preparation). PS: The video really just shows a small glimpse of the sequence, since my battery had turned off in the middle :D

Angamardana is the only Hatha Yoga program I have took part in. (and IE) It takes me around 50-60 minutes to complete and I always wonder what Sadhguru means by saying that it can be done in 25 min. You've intrigued me with this 10 minutes as many times I don't find enough time to do it every day. Either way, to whomever who might read this post, Angamardana in few days gave me such flexibility that hours and hours of stretching could not even get close.

@@Jakub943 yes, Angamardana is really a great practice, also beyond just flexibility! Regarding the 10 minutes, I was referring to something known as the "Angamardana studio module". This is a certain way of doing it, however I would recommend to better stick to the entire sequence, since the benefits will be much better : )

Jakub Ćwiek namaskaram, initially it used to take me about a an hour. But as I kept practising and my system started to build itself up. Now it takes me 20-35 minutes 😋

In unsere Angamardanakurse kommen Teilnehmer zwischen 18 und 68 aus allen Fitnesslevels. Die Praktik im Video ist natürlich recht schnell und fortgeschritten. So beginnt aber niemand😉
