Great progress! You should check that the inner B pillar is not pushed in before you weld. You have the part right there. If you do this again, it would help you to get one of those cizles with sharp edges at the tip and on the side, It will make your life way easier when braking the spot welds. Also, you must have been in mopar mode since you never thought of using your heatgun to separate the glued parts lol!!!

hot air gun tod warm the glue then a metal filler knife will push right through the glue nice to see the progress looks good keep safe from me in England

piece of advice....take an ol dull flat lawnmower blade and grind a beveled edge on one end....i saw it on vehicor

Get the panel lined up, then cut through both with a narrow cutting disc. Take discard pieces and weld to the underside of the car panels [plug weld ]. This will add strength to the weld and give a great fit to the panel.

Lots work left on the Z car Todd you will get there in time but you need to cut the new panel bigger and feed it under some of the old panel edges then trim but I'm impressed with the work that you are doing 😀 👌
