wow, my surprise, another bad cap. Here is a little history of America,....Interesting facts you might not be aware of... America lost her Constitutional Government back in 1863. America became a Foreign Banking Corporation in 1871. In 1933 America was handed over to the Roman Catholic Vatican along with all our Gold (Look up "Rod Class America has no operating Government"). Also American citizens are classified as "Enemies of the State" under the "Bankruptcy Act" in 1933 under Title 50 usc "Trading with the Enemy Act" of 1917/1933. Then in 1945 Control over American went to the United Nations. The Bankruptcy Act of 1933 suspended the Courts, (no criminal jurisdiction over us) Suspended Congress (25 man committees created to make Laws) and made owning Gold illegal(no gold, no real money, IOUs created called Federal Reserve Notes) and the Bankruptcy act has to be signed every two years or by every new President, to keep it in effect. The New name they gave this "Bankruptcy Act" is the "National Defense Authorizations Act" aka The NDAA. "Rod Class Attorneys Confession" and "Rod Class Trading with the Enemy Act".

@@patrickstotler1201 That's called 'Damages'. It's a method for the court to not only make right, but to ensure and enforce a precedent and deter people from doing whatever it was again. That takes it from 'Oh, it's just a slap on the wrist, it doesn't matter, let's do it a dozen more times' to 'Wow, it'd be a really bad idea to try that again'. Also it's not just one crop. It's however many crops over however long they tied him up unable to work.
@insAneTunA
@insAneTunA 12 күн бұрын
@@patrickstotler1201 How do you know that? He had to invest in that crop with machinery and fuel costs, make business arrangements with potential buyers. He missed profits and the opportunity to plant new crops for the next season. He has reputational damage with business partners because he was not able to deliver the crops, while at the same time his direct competitors were able to get a stronger foothold in that market because of the whole situation. And there are probably even more factors that I have not mentioned that have cost the farmer his profits. It is not just the crop that was destroyed, but it also has a domino effect for his entire business and future. Industrial hemp is a big business and it is used for many applications, such a clothing, the building industry, and many other industries. This whole situation might also scare other farmers, and eventually it is damaging to the entire economy and the communities who have to live from farming. And it also damages nature, because industrial hemp is a very good and eco-friendly alternative for many polluting and much less eco-friendly products. In my opinion the implications are huge that reaches far beyond this local farmer and his community.

@AIuzky You lose all credibility when you keep referring to it as illegal hemp. The hemp in question is, in fact, legal to grow. The only thing the farmer did was to plant the "legal" crop on a different plot. He also followed the correct steps to amend his permit, reflecting this change. SLED are the ones who broke the law here and this farmer will very likely win his civil case. "Try to keep up" was actually an extremely apt statement considering your obviously ignorant opinions. Yet you'd rather just remain completely obtuse.

Interesting how the Governor said there are two sides to every story and that's what the legal system is for. Yet his appointed SLED director was found by the court to have broken the truthfulness policy, the same policy this director put in place some 30 years ago in 1992. This would call into question the integrity and legality of every action of a citizen who had done this. So to should it affect the director of SLED, the fact the Governor literally "copsplains" for his appointee and their known unlawful and unconstitutional activity is atrocious. Yall need to hold him as accountable for the incident as you do the director of SLED. So what if the man has had a lengthy law enforcement experience occupationally, one bad actions destroys that in my opinion. Irregardless of its severity, its a lack of honor and integrity which someone with such a history has either always dome or did it just one time. I'm inclined to believe this isn't the first time, and have no reason to give the director the benefit of the doubt.

The DA told them not to, the judge told them they can’t do the cops got a warrant from a magistrate and even then that warrant didn’t give them any authorization to destroy or seize his property. In this country the United States the police can’t arbitrarily destroy or seize an American citizens property without due process. And btw the crop wasn’t illegal the location for it was- there’s a big difference.
@atsylor5549
@atsylor5549 9 ай бұрын
@AIuzky let me explain reality to you. The only experts in the jaw are the DA and the judge in this scenario because they have actual law degrees both the police. And when the DA tells you to tread carefully because you might violate this guys rights, you should probably listen. And the judge didn’t make any suggestion he out right told them no he will give them authority to destroy and seize his property and that’s why the cops went around the judge and got a warrant from a less educated magistrate. And on top of that the magistrate has no legal authority to give the cops permission to destroy his property. It doesn’t matter what you think the cops are allowed to do and it certainly isn’t up to the police to decide what powers they have. It’s up to the law to decide that and when the law wasn’t on the cops side they went around it and that conduct absolutely should be criminal

Thank you for continuing to follow this important story. What one believes or likes/dislikes about the hemp crop has no bearing on law and lawful enforcement of such law. The problem I see with this case, as with most cases of LEO misconduct, is that it is the taxpaying public that will be penalized for tyranrical misconduct by government agents.
